“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Mark 10:45 NIV
As Christians, we are to model our lives after Jesus, and in Mark 10:45 we see that Jesus came to serve. All through the new testament we see examples of Jesus showing His love for people through service. Our goal is to show the Greater Killeen area the love of God by serving the city and surrounding areas with no strings attached.
We believe we are called to serve this community.
At Grace, we serve and partner with different programs and organizations in our community to equip community leaders, restore healthy families and support people in crisis. We believe we are called to make an impact in this community. Called to transform it with the love of God and the hope of Christ. We invite you to join us in serving and reaching out to the Greater Killeen area with the love of Christ.

Thank you for helping us make a difference in our community through Bags of Grace!
By supporting our community leaders, we are setting up our community to grow and thrive. When the community is doing well, the citizens can expect safer environments, more job opportunities and less stress in their lives.
We believe the root cause of many of society’s problems is a loss of a healthy home environment. When people face problems at home, it affects every area of their life. When a couple has a healthy marriage, they do better physically, emotionally and financially. When a child grows up in a healthy family, they perform better in school, have healthier relationships and are less likely to end up in poverty in adulthood.
When someone experiences a crisis, their whole world is turned upside down. Suddenly they find themselves in need of even the most basic things like shelter, food, water and clothing. When they are able to have those needs met, they are able to think more clearly, take steps to come out of the crisis and get back on the road to restoration.
Local partners are non-profit organizations that Grace comes alongside of to support in the services they are already providing to the community. We do this by providing some combination of financial support, resources, awareness and active volunteer recruitment.
Attending Grace is more than just being a member, but a Partner! We feel that Partnership and involvement is not just a Sunday activity, but a lifestyle of people committed to one another. Grace’s Partnership is a three-session process and is designed to assist you to understand the vision and structure of our church, to acquaint you with the core of our beliefs and to explain the “why” of what we do.
Water Baptism is an outward expression of our inward faith. It is another step in our spiritual walk with God and a declaration that the old things have truly passed away and all things have become new. Whether you are new in your faith or have recently rededicated your life to the Lord, you are invited to join us and take part in this celebration as you publicly declare your faith in Jesus!
We at Grace Christian Center are a big family. Belonging to a Grace Group is one way that we can come together as a smaller family unit and find our “home.” Grace Groups provide support for one another. They pray, study and grow with one another. Our desire is that each person will find a Grace Group where they can feel like they are at home.
One of the most fulfilling things any of us can do in life is to be a blessing to others. Ephesians 2:10 tells us, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them,” God gave every person the gift and talents that we need to complete our mission for the Kingdom.
